THE BLISSFUL MIND!!**

I honestly don’t have words for everything that’s falling right now. The whole world seems like it’s teetering on the edge of sanity, you’re most definitely not alone in feeling that way. One thing I’ve learned about self-care is that I’m always allowed to practice it inside of myself.Maybe you aren’t convinced that you should practice regular self-care. Maybe you think your resources are better saved for running and for looking after others. Have ever thought about caring for yourself. I mean “SELF CARE”.

And why is it important for each one of us?Self-care is a ubiquitous term that embraces just about anything you, to do be good to yourself. In a nutshell, it’s about being as kind to yourself as you would be to others. As fluffy and indulgent as the phrase “self-care” may sound, it’s just a few basic habits that are crucial to your functioning. Most of us grew up believing that the more you sacrifice, the higher the reward. It’s important to note that not everything that feels good is self-care.The point is, it’s easy to take the “hard work pays off” adage too far, to the point that it becomes counterproductive. Your abilities are worn. Your skills aren’t as sharp. You lose focus. You might think you’re working laborious, and maybe you are in some ways, but you’re not working efficiently.

Self Care Isn’t Just Important, It’s Crucial It’s easy to neglect taking care of ourselves because when we’re busy and overwhelmed, even a small reprieve feels like a luxury. So actually taking time to eat lunch, exercise, and hang out with friends? That just feels like slacking.

Self-care only works when you listen to your body and do what you want without blocking. If we think that we wont to do certain things but we don’t push ourselves for that and then do certain promises like I’ll do it later but would have done it right away.

Why? Because in that moment your body is telling you it needs a break. Your mind is probably overwhelmed with thoughts, and trying to do work at that moment would be deeply unproductive. And when you do what you want in the moment, when you sit down to work, everything gets done in a much easier way. Because now you are relaxed, you are not resisting anything. Your mind is free to produce what it wants, and your body feels good. Self care means giving yourself a pause!

Give a thought do you care about yourself means the actually SELF-CARE!!!
